Allow 4 weeks after purchase to receive your package

Ucar is NOT responsable for lost or stolen packages after being sent
Track your order online using USPS web page
If a package is lost in TRANSIT we will offer store credit on the same product or if not available something in a similar price
International Customers: all orders outside the USA territories are subject to additional charges for duties, taxes and custom fees upon entry in your country. These are not calculated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country to received the package.
Each item is made to order so returned packages due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded 50% of the order. Shipping is non-refundable.

Store your earrings in a plastic bag after each use
Brass will tarnish and develop a natural patina (it’s the nature of the metal). For this you can use BRASSO for cleaning and the piece will return to its original shinny state

All pieces are created by hand in our tiny lovely studios. Because of the nature of the techniques used to create the jewelry , no pieces are the same.
We use: Brass, Sterling Silver, Semi-Precious Stones and Beads
