Allow 2 to 4 weeks after purchase to receive your package

If a package is lost in TRANSIT we will offer store credit on the same product or if not available something in a similar price

Store your earrings in a plastic bag after each use
Brass will tarnish and develop a natural patina (it’s the nature of the metal). For this you can use BRASSO for cleaning and the piece will return to its original shinny state

Repairs will be FREE only 2 days after receiving the piece
Repair costs depend on the piece and damage

Returns will ONLY be accepted for damage items on the first week of purchase
we will offer store credit

All pieces are created by hand in our tiny lovely studios. Because of the nature of the techniques used to create the jewelry , no pieces are the same.
